Security and privacy policy

Drumm Farm Center for Children is committed to safeguarding privacy when visiting our website. Your personal information will not be shared or sold to others, including for the purpose of third-party marketing.

Data collection

We collect information email addresses and other personal information only when you provide it to us. If you fill out a form or survey, request information or make a donation, we may collect your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and email address. If you signed up for our newsletter or are receiving direct emails from us, you may opt out of this by clicking on the Opt Out link at the bottom of the email. You may also submit and opt out request by emailing info@drummfarm.org with your request.

Use of personal information

Drumm Farm Center for Children does not sell, trade or rent information about website users or donors other than those outlined in this section. If you willingly provide us your personal information, we use as such:

Donations. When you make an online donation to us, it’s possible your name may be added to our mailing or direct email communication lists. As a donor, you may request to have your name removed from these mailing lists by selecting Opt Out in the Drumm Farm email you received, or by emailing your request to info@drummfarm.org

Newsletter: When you sign up to receive the Drumm Farm newsletter, we collect your email address and may also notify you about other information regarding Drumm Farm. To opt out, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email.

Event Registration. When you register for a Drumm Farm, such as the annual golf outing or gala, we may collect your email address and send you newsletters or news. To opt out, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email.

Your consent

By using the Drumm Farm Center for Children website, you consent to the collection and use of the information described above. Any changes to this policy will be posted prior to their implementation.

Your choice

We respect your privacy and recognize that you may wish to limit the ways in which we contact you. Simply send an email to info@drummfarm.org with the following information:

  • To remove your name from mailing lists, please include your full name and mailing address in your request.
  • To review or correct your personal information with us, please provide your full name and address along with your correction request.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your personal information, which we kept confidential and stored in a secure environment. Access to your information is restricted only to authorized staff with a legitimate and specific business purpose. For example, our donation team need access to information to process online donations. If you have any questions about security, send an email to info@drummfarm.org.

Text communications

There are times where users may request to receive text messages from Drumm Farm. These texts can be opted out by replying with STOP. You can also receive more information by replying to a text message with HELP.
