Meet our new Executive Director!

Sam Womack

I’m excited and grateful to be stepping into the role of Executive Director at Drumm Farm Center for Children. This is a well-respected organization, and it means a great deal to be part of continuing its important work and building on its impact.

I’ve always been passionate about supporting children and young adults as they grow, discover their strengths, and build successful futures, especially those who have faced challenging circumstances . Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping youth develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of direction. That’s work I care deeply about, and it’s why Drumm’s mission resonates so strongly with me.

As I get started, I’m focused on listening, building relationships, and learning from the people who make this place so special, including our staff, supporters, and community. There’s a strong foundation here and many opportunities ahead, and I’m excited to be part of what comes next.
