HOME Program
In this past year, Drumm Farm Center for Children’s HOME Program served 86 foster children, each with a unique story. Together, we celebrate milestones that reflect stability, healing, and growth. We saw one adoption finalized, two graduations achieved, and multiple children safely reunified with birth parents or placed with relatives. Several youths also took important steps toward independence after phasing out of foster care, transitioning from the Drumm campus into independent living, supported by the skills and confidence they built while in our care.
Across our campus, young people thrived in ways that numbers and statistics can’t explain. Sibling groups were able to remain together, children formed meaningful peer connections, and friendships were built that fostered belonging and resilience. Many participated in sports, color guard, and other extracurricular activities, while others gained valuable work experience through summer programs on our farm or off-campus employment. Just as importantly, these young people benefited from consistent academic and clinical support throughout the year.
Our campus continued to grow as a true community. New neighbors were welcomed, and residents supported one another during emergencies, demonstrating compassion, strength, and shared responsibility. This is the heart of Drumm Farm. A place where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to build brighter futures. Thank you to our donors, board members, partners, and community supporters whose generosity and commitment make these outcomes possible. Your support helps turn care into connection, and hope into lasting change.
